Mushroom Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 lb. chicken, sliced thin
    2 c. celery, chopped
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oil; saute chicken.
    Add celery, mushrooms, salt and soy sauce.
    Stir 2 minutes.
    Cover and cook 5 minutes on medium-low heat.
    Mix cornstarch and water; stir into chicken until it thickens.
    Serve over rice.
