Cheese And Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. onion
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. celery
    1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced potatoes, drained
    1 head lettuce
Preparation
    Place eggs in saucepan; cover with cold water.
    Bring to boil. Reduce heat to just below simmering.
    Cover; cook for 15 minutes. Run cold water over eggs until cool.
    Remove shells.
    Chop eggs. Meanwhile in bowl combine salad dressing, vinegar, onion and mustard.
    Add celery and cottage cheese; mix well.
    Gently fold in potatoes and eggs.
