Hawaiian Ice Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or oleo, melted
    1 2/3 c. coconut
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream
    1 basket strawberries
    1 1/2 to 2 c. fresh pineapple chunks
Preparation
    Mix butter with coconut.
    Press firmly against bottom and sides of 9-inch pan and toast in 350\u00b0 oven 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool thoroughly.
    Spoon or scoop ice cream into shell allowing scoops to remain in lumps.
    Don't spread.
    Place in freezer.
    Mix strawberries with pineapple chunks.
    Spoon fruit over pie when ready to serve.
