Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 egg yolks
    1/4 to 1/2 c. water
    1 egg
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix flour, eggs and salt.
    Add 1 tablespoon water until dough forms ball.
    Knead 10 minutes; cover.
    Rest 10 minutes.
    Divide dough in 4 parts.
    Roll.
    Cut 1/4 or 1/8 inch.
    Dry 2 hours.
