Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 (8-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation

Put ingredients in blender and blend well.
Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
When you put the pie in oven, turn oven to 350\u00b0 and bake 35 to 40 minutes.
Test for doneness by inserting knife in the center. Delicious.
