Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 1/2 c. cut broccoli
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Cook all of the vegetables together until tender.
Melt the butter in a pan.
Blend in the flour and cook until bubbly. Remove from heat.
Add the milk and place it back on the heat and cook until thick.
Add to hot vegetables and add the cheese. Enjoy!
