Crisp Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 halves chicken breast, skinned and washed
    1 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. Crisco
Preparation
    Dredge chicken breasts in flour, salt and pepper mixture.
    Put Crisco in cast-iron skillet.
    Melt over medium heat on stove. Place chicken breast in skillet and cook until golden brown.
    Turn over and cook with lid on for another 20 minutes.
    Remove lid. Cook about 5 minutes more.
    Serve at once.
