Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cooked rice
    3 or 4 lb. pork chops
    1 lemon
    1 large onion
    1 c. catsup
    1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 dashes Tabasco sauce
    2 c. water
    1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Place pork chops in shallow pan.
    Place a slice of onion on each pork chop.
    Roast in very hot oven, at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
