Sour Cream Cinnamon Coffee Cake(Serves 12 To 16) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. sour milk
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in mixing bowl.
Set aside.
In a separate bowl, cream together 1 c. sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla:
beat well.
Blend in sour cream and milk. Add the flour mixture to the batter and mix well.
In a small bowl combine 1/4 c. sugar cinnamon and set aside.
