Chicken Ovenmeal - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts (skin removed)
3 c. sliced potatoes
1 onion, sliced
1/4 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. frozen English peas and carrots
4 Tbsp. margarine
salt and pepper
Preparation

Place chicken in casserole.
Butter top of chicken.
Spread vegetables (potatoes, onions, then peas and carrots).
Cover with mushroom soup.
Dot with butter.
Add water, salt and pepper. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 2 hours.
