Nadine'S Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 c. water or more
Parmesan cheese
spaghetti, cooked according to pkg. directions
Preparation

In Dutch oven or large pot, saute onion in oil.
Add ground beef and stir while it's browning.
Add pepper, tomato sauce and tomato paste.
Add remaining ingredients, except cheese and spaghetti.
Stir well.
Simmer for 1 hour.
Check it occasionally. Add more water if it's too thick.
Serve over cooked spaghetti; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
