Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cornmeal
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs (do not beat eggs before mixing rest of ingredients)
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Add to rest of ingredients.
Do not use electric mixer, use hand to beat.
Cook at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Turn oven to 325\u00b0, bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Do not overbake. Makes one pie.
