Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes fresh mushrooms
1 1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers
1 onion
paprika and parsley flakes (for color)
margarine or butter (for frying onion)
water (to moisten crackers)
Preparation
-
Saute chopped onion in margarine.
Stem out mushrooms.
Chop stems.
Add to onion.
Mix together until light brown.
