Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. milk
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling water until tender; drain.
    In saucepan, melt butter.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper; add milk. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
    Add 3/4 of the cheese and mix well.
    Mix cheese sauce with macaroni; turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
