Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    Crisco
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients; add egg and milk.
    Beat until smooth. Heat 1 inch of oil to 375\u00b0.
    Cover bottom opening of funnel. Hold funnel over center of pan.
    Begin in center and move outward. Fry 2 minutes or until brown, turning once.
    Drain on paper towel or plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
