Cheese Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2 c. grated sharp cheese (Cracker Barrel or Wisconsin)
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    Tabasco sauce or red pepper to taste
    pecan halves
Preparation
    Blend ingredients together.
    Divide mixture into 2 balls, then work each ball into long roll, about 1-inch thick.
    Wrap in wax paper and chill.
    Slice very thin.
    Put pecan half on top of each slice.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Makes about 100 rounds.
