Teriyaki Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. sirloin steak
    meat tenderizer
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Sprinkle steak with meat tenderizer; slice into 1/2 inch slices.
    Saute meat in 3 tablespoons melted butter and oil in skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
    Place browned meat in an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Combine soy sauce, 2 tablespoons butter, lemon juice, sugar, ginger and garlic in small saucepan.
    Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
    Pour over meat slices. Let stand 20 minutes.
    Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 7 to 15 minutes, according to taste.
    Serves 6.
