Meat Loaf In The Round - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine the meat, 1 cup cheese, bread crumbs, egg, onion, Worcestershire, salt and pepper; mix well and shape into a ball. Place in shallow 9-inch round pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour; pour off the drippings.
    Pour tomato sauce over meat.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese; bake an additional 15 minutes.
