Mexican Corn Bread With Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 can creamed corn
    1/3 c. oil
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1 small onion
    chopped jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Brown beef.
    Drain.
    Combine next 7 ingredients.
    Heat a large iron skillet and pour half the batter into it.
    Layer beef, cheese, onion and peppers over batter.
    Pour the remaining batter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
