Hominy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans hominy, drained (2 yellow, 1 white)
    1/4 c. milk
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1 small can sliced black olives
    salt
    pepper
    8 oz. pkg. Monterey Jack shredded cheese
Preparation
    Mix milk and sour cream together. Add to drained hominy. Add drained chilies and olives. Layer hominy and cheese in a buttered dish. Bake about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
