Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sweet potatoes or 1 (18 oz.) can sweet potatoes
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Cook fresh potatoes covered in boiling water until tender. Peel and mash.
Measure 1 1/2 cups.
Combine potatoes, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Beat eggs slightly with fork.
Stir eggs, milk and butter into potato mixture.
Spoon into pastry shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
