Saucy Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. spareribs, cut into serving pieces
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. honey
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large shallow baking dish and then add ribs.
    Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 3 hours (turn meat occasionally).
