Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

graham cracker crumbs (2 crackers)
butter
4 eggs
4 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp.vanilla
1 lemon, juice and rind
Preparation

Lightly butter an 8-inch spring-form pan, coat with graham cracker crumbs.
Mix all ingredients together, except lemon juice, no more than five minutes of mixing.
Add lemon juice and rind slowly.
Pour mixture into prepared pan; bake in a pan of water at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Turn oven off, let rest in oven 1/2 hour. Refrigerate when cool.
