Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. persimmon pulp
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. plain flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 stick butter, melted
    flavor of your choice
Preparation
    Mix flour and soda.
    Add eggs, milk and flavoring.
    Mix well. Stir in melted butter.
    Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven about 1 hour.
