Whole Wheat Carrot-Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. mashed ripe banana
    1 c. finely shredded carrots
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In a mixer bowl, beat margarine for 30 seconds.
    Add sugar; beat until fluffy.
    Beat in eggs.
    Combine flours, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Add dry ingredients and banana alternately to butter mixture, beating after each addition.
    Fold in carrots and nuts.
    Pour into two greased loaf pans.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves.
    Yields 15 servings each.
