Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. canned pumpkin (or creamed sweet potatoes)
    1/2 c. water
    1 egg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 pkg. Nut Quick bread mix
Preparation
    Blend all
    ingredients until well moistened.
    Bake in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan, well-greased.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done.
    Remove from pan to cool.
