Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

1 box German chocolate cake mix, cooked according to pkg. directions
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 can Eagle Brand milk
15 oz. Kraft caramels
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 (varies according to individual ovens). Take half of cake batter and pour into greased 9 1/2 x 13 1/2-inch rectangular pan.
Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
