Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. soda
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in one bowl.
    Beat together 3 eggs and 1 cup oil.
    Pour into flour mixture.
    Stir until moistened.
    Grease and flour a 3 x 5 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or bake 4 small loaves for 40 to 45 minutes.
