Cornish Hens With Orange Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 Cornish hens
1 c. butter/margarine
1 c. apple jelly
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 1/3 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. orange juice
salt to taste

Preparation

Brown hens in butter in skillet.
Place hens in baking dish/roasting pan.
Melt apple jelly over medium heat.
Add cornstarch to hen drippings.
Stir in apple jelly, juice, wine and salt.
Cook until smooth and thickened.
Pour over hens.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
