Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick mix
    1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Grease bottom of large pan only.
    Beat slow for 30 seconds and medium for 1 minute.
    Bake about 50 to 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
