Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt.
    Cut in shortening.
    Slightly beat water, vinegar and egg and add to mixture.
    Chill for 1/2 hour, then ready.
