Salmon Ball(Hors D'Oeuvre) - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 lb. can red salmon
 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. grated onion
Preparation
- 
                            Drain salmon; remove skin and bone and then flake salmon.
 
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Then roll in 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
Before serving (or earlier), sprinkle with or roll in chopped parsley.
