Individual Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar or 1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Preparation

Put 22 paper muffin cups in cupcake pans.
Put 1 vanilla wafer in each cup.
Mix together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Fill paper cups 2/3 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Top with cherry or blueberry pie filling.
Easy.
Can be frozen.
