Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken
    chicken bouillon
    carrots
    celery
    onion
    other vegetables to taste
    rice (optional)
    noodles
Preparation
    Boil chicken in water (no salt) until very tender.
    Remove desired amount of meat for soup.
    Add chicken bouillon until salted to taste.
    Add carrots, celery, onion and other vegetables. Simmer until vegetables begin to soften.
    Then add 1/2 cup rice (if desired) and let cook about 5 minutes.
    Finally, add noodles. Finish cooking until noodles are tender.
