Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. alum
assorted food colors

Preparation

Add food coloring to water.
Combine all ingredients in heavy pan.
Cook until very thick, stirring constantly.
Blend with hands while warm.
Store in airtight container.
