Flounder A L'Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 lb. flounder fillets, cut into serving pieces
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine salt, pepper, orange juice, rind and oil in a bowl.
    Place fish in oiled, shallow baking pan. Pour orange juice mixture on top.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven and serve at once.
