Chile Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. fat-free cottage cheese or lite Ricotta cheese
    1 c. (4 oz.) fat-free Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
    1/2 c. cholesterol-free egg product or egg whites
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    4 (6-inch) corn tortillas
    vegetable cooking spray
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 (16 oz.) cans red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can (no salt added) whole tomatoes (with liquid), chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can (no salt added) tomato sauce
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded fat-free Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.
    Set aside.
