Chocolate Walnut Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs, separated
    2 tsp. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. ground walnuts
    sugar to sprinkle
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Line jelly roll pan with parchment or waxed paper.
    Grease liberally and dust with flour.
    Beat the egg whites until very stiff.
    Gradually add sugar, a spoonful at a time, beating until thick and glossy.
    Whisk the egg yolks.
    Add to the whites, then carefully fold in flour, baking powder and ground walnuts.
    Turn mixture into the prepared pan and level top.
    Bake for 12 to 14 minutes.
    When baked, turn out onto a sheet of waxed paper sprinkled with a little sugar.
    Roll from the short end like a jelly roll, keeping the paper inside.
    Cool.
