Kale Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) chuck steak
1 c. canned kidney beans
1 large onion, sliced
1 lb. chorizo or linguica
1 box frozen kale
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. cubed potatoes
1/4 c. thin-sliced carrots
1 c. shredded cabbage (optional)
Preparation

Bake steak until dry at 375\u00b0 until well well done.
(Bake steak in open roasting pan so that you can make your soup stock in the same pan.)
