Chicken Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 lb. chicken
    1 c. finely crushed pkg. herb-seasoned stuffing
Preparation
    Mix 1/3 cup soup, 1/4 cup water and onion.
    Dip chicken in soup mixture; roll in stuffing.
    Place in shallow baking dish and drizzle with butter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Combine remaining soup and water.
    Heat; stir.
    Serve over chicken.
    Serves 6 to 8.
