Potatoes And Carrots Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. coarsely grated raw potatoes
    1 1/2 c. coarsely grated raw carrots
    1/2 c. coarsely grated onion
    1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. grated American cheese
Preparation
    Heat
    oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine potatoes, carrots and onion in buttered

    quart\tbaking dish.
    Blend soup, milk, salt and pepper
    and pour over vegetables.
    Cover.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Uncover, sprinkle
    with
    cheese
    and bake an additional 15 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
