Rolled Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    2 medium onions, finely chopped
    1 green pepper, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. poultry seasonings
    2 c. bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. bacon fat
    4 stalks celery, finely chopped
    1 garlic clove, finely chopped
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. water or tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Saute onions, celery, green pepper and garlic in bacon fat. Add salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, poultry seasoning, water or tomato sauce.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Add bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle round steak with seasoning and salt.
    Cut steak 1/2-inch thick. Cover with dressing.
