Pavlova(Australian Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 egg whites (room temperature)
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. whipped cream
    strawberries, kiwi, bananas or fruit of the season
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar gradually; continue to beat until sugar is all mixed in.
    Place aluminum foil on a baking sheet.
    Pour mixture onto center of foil and form a circle (8-inch).
    Indent center slightly.
    Lower temperature of oven to 250\u00b0.
    Place in oven and bake 1 hour. Remove from oven; cool.
    Fill with sliced fruits.
