Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 yeast cake
    2/3 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 c. scalded milk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    To scalded milk, add shortening, sugar, salt and mashed potatoes.
    Stir until cold and add yeast cake.
    Add enough flour for stiff dough.
    Roll dough in flour.
    Place in greased bowl and cover.
    Rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
