Ruthie Mae'S Garlic Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer, cut up
    1 pkg. chicken wings
    1 to 2 Tbsp. flour
    6 to 9 garlic pieces, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 to 3 Tbsp. water, salt, pepper
Preparation
    Place prepared chicken in single layer in long Pyrex dish. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle garlic, flour and water over chicken. Dot with butter.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until chicken is brown and bubbly.
    Turn once.
    Baste with pan drippings.
    Cook until chicken is tender.
    Good over rice.
