Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can flaked crab meat
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
5 large eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste
1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation

Sprinkle cheese into pie shell.
Beat eggs with milk and seasonings.
Pour over cheese.
Sprinkle crab meat and mushrooms over pie.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until firm (inserted knife should come out clean).
Cut into wedges.
