No Guilt Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. chocolate (unsweetened)
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. cottage cheese (2% low-fat)
3 large egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Break up chocolate.
Over very low heat, melt chocolate; cool slightly.
In a food processor, puree all ingredients except chocolate and powdered sugar until smooth.
Add melted chocolate.
Blend well.
Pour into a lightly buttered 8-inch square pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until just set. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Cut into squares.
Makes 16 servings.
