Strawberry-Rhubarb Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. softened margarine
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. milk
    4 c. sliced rhubarb
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, 1/2 cup softened margarine, eggs and milk and line bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Spray sides of pan with Pam, otherwise jello will stick to sides. Spread rhubarb over bottom crust and sprinkle evenly with jello.
