Grilled Chicken Teriyaki - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
3 lb. chicken pieces (breasts)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in a bowl.
Stir to dissolve sugar.
Add chicken and coat to marinate.
Refrigerate, turning occasionally, at least 3 hours (preferably overnight). Grill chicken over medium heat for 40 minutes, turning until chicken is crisp outside and tender inside.
