Grandma Sodek'S Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. hot water

Preparation

Mix eggs until thick and lemon colored.
Add sugar slowly until blended.
Add vanilla; add flour mixture, a small amount at a time. Last put in hot water.
Pour mixture onto greased and floured or wax paper lined jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes. Be careful not to overbake.
Invert on damp towel, putting jelly or filling on cake.
Roll up and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
